Resort Site fees, setup and tear down, wedding arch, tables & chairs for ceremony and reception, Friday evening welcome wine & cheese at sundown. $2,000 for up to 60 guests ( each additional guest is $10.00). plus tax.       
Check-in time is at 3:30 PM on Friday. Check-out time is at 10:30 AM on Sunday.

• Lookout Lodge Resort specializes in small to medium, intimate wedding and private party arrangements (maximum 100 people). We will be happy to discuss and help you with your plans by appointment only.1-305-852-9915
• Weddings should be scheduled between 12:00 noon and 8:00 PM, and receptions must conclude by 11:00 PM.
• Tables and chairs are included in the fee. ( for up to 60 guests )
• Guests are allowed to serve a moderate amount of wine and champagne. Kegs, mixed drinks and beer require that you provide a bartender for your safety. ( of course we can make those arrangements for you)
• Pre-recorded music is included.  In keeping with the Lookout Lodge Resorts Island ambiance, we recommend island style music for your reception, we will be glad to assist you in determining the best live music for your special day if you wish!
• Catering is arranged for your convenience. As choices vary, Catering is not included in our package prices.
• To ensure your reservation, we require a non-refundable Resort Fee of $2,000. plus tax.

Prices effective June 1, 2007 through January 31, 2009.

NOTE: from February 1 till 1 week after Easter, we will require a 4 night minimum, $3,500.00 non refundable Resort Site Fee.
