Cancellation Policy -
All reservations require a 1 night deposit. -
Reservations booked online have DIFFERENT cancellation requirements, read the requirements on the online booking page. -
14 Days notice is required to cancel reservations for one room (non-holidays/special events). -
30 Days notice is required to cancel reservations for multiple rooms, holidays/special events or stays beyond 7 Nights. -
Reservations deposits made within 14 days of scheduled arrival are non-cancelable. -
No-Shows are defined as a cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival or not arriving by 9pm on the day of your planned arrival (unless other arrangements are made in advance). No-Shows are charged the FULL amount of the reservation + the administrative fee -
for cancellation past the deadline, or all online reservations, 1 Nights stay will be charged. -
All cancellations may be charged a $25 administrative fee in addition to room charges. -
If Storm evacuations are mandated by Emergency Management, unused room nights will be refunded or credited.
